SA Post Office
Parcels never arrived

My mother posted a parcel from the UK in October last year, 6 moths later, STILL NOT RECEIVED!
Again she posted another 2 parcels in February of this year, STILL NOT RECEIVED!

Besides the point that my 4 year old gets let down every time she doesn't receive her special presents all the way from overseas or the fact that it costs a lot of money for them to post the parcels, it's that I can't believe that the South African Post Office still has no control over lost or post/parcels.

I realise that nothing can be done without tracking no's etc, but I really think there should be more control over post, especially as it goes to a paid for PO Box and not a street address!
