Today at approximately 2pm I went for a spa treatment at Tzansi Spa (20A Kloof Road, Bedfordview). On arrival I was received and led to the massage room. I then proceeded to place my cellphone together with my jewelry on the counter with my handbag. The treatment took a duration of about 2hours.after that I was led to a different room for a manicure and pedicure.my belongings remained in the massage room.by the end of the treatment the employees were hasty and in a rush to go home hence I did not have time to check the contents of my handbag.not realizing at that time that my cellphone was missing, I simply grabbed my jewelry and started heading out. The receptionist repeatedly asked if I had my belongings.to which I answered I think so.she even asked where my cellphone is, to which I responded I assumed it was in my bag.i reached my car and fixed my makeup.about 3 minutes later all the employees left.when I wanted to check something on the phone, that is when I realized it was gone.i had no means of contacting any one of them to try return inside the store. I have reported the phone as and opened a case. I will also be taking this further legally. I am absolutely appalled.
