I had a facial treatment about one month ago. This was the worse treatment I have ever experienced in my life and I have been to many. The lady was really nice but very unprofessional. During my treatment the therapist went out the room about 5 to 6 times and several times left the door open and other customer could see inside. She also allowed someone else to come in twice. This was embarrasing and very uncomfortable! Then when the treatment was over, the therapist left the room without telling me it was over. Because she left the room so many times, I thought again she is leaving the room to get something. About 15 later I had to go the reception in the towel garment (embarrasing myself with other customers there) to ask where is my therapist. Only then to find out she was finished. Never will I ever come again and I spoke of my horrible experience to may other people. Unacceptable service to give to your customers!
