I purchased a Groupon for this day spa and was disgusted with the service I received. Shocked that Groupon does not research the places they advertise.

It was extremely difficult to contact the day spa to make the appointment in the first place as nobody answered either of the two cellphone numbers. I arrived at the day spa at 10:00 am (the time for which our appointment was scheduled) to find staff still mopping floors and as there was no receptionist present my sister and I were told to wait in the dingy conference room. After 20 minutes, the receptionist arrived to welcome us and apologised that they could not provide us with any cocktails (as promised) or even fruit juice as a substitute. We were then taken to the treatment room to change. The gowns we were given were obviously USED. I demanded clean gowns from the employees who had poor excuses for the lack of hygiene. We waited on the treatment beds for an infuriating 40 minutes only to be told that the spa had no products and as a result could not perform the treatments on that day so cancelled the appointment. The receptionist, could not get hold of the owner, Florina. Terrible way to run a "luxury" day spa.
