I have to accept an incorrectly dated Death Certif

My son died on 04/12/12. Martins' representative came to see me personally at my house, promised that I would receive his remains after cremation, about 3 to 7 days after the service. The fee for the administration, cremation and a small service in a Masonic hall (we are NOT Free Masons), printing, flowers and 6 candles, was R17 795, 40. This had to be paid 48 hours before the service on 10/12/12. The death certificate, Notice of Death and relevant administrative forms was handed to me during the service, which I then just put in my handbag.

On 18/12/12 I contacted Martins, asking them when I could expect to receive the remains of my son (sms sent - 8 days after the service). I received a sms informing me that they would let me know. Two days later I was called to inform me that my son "was cremated on 19/12/12"! This only happened after I enquired about it, and fifteen days after his passing!

Upon collecting the urn, I noted that the date of death was incorrect. I was told by the Receptionist that it was done according to the documentation. I tried to make contact with Martin's representative on 31/12/12: 1. He ignored my sms. 2. After second sms, he sent me one "to cont
