No registration for my formation of compan

The person was supposed to register my company and the payment was made to the business and the company registration documents never reached me. When tried to email and call the person there was no response at all looks like the went owl with my money. There was no correspondence and I went to the premises there were no longer there and their landlord told me that their office equipment was still locked up in the office because they also owe her money for rent. It seems as if its something that they do more often changing business address and and not doing what they have promised their clients like myself.
