I registered a domain name through an online company, BusinessNeeds Online. Made an Eft payment. They promised on their website 24-48 hour domain registration period. After 48 hours have not heard anything from them. Contacted them and they finally registered the domain. Contacted them again as I would need DNS records to be pointed, they did not come back to me on my emails. Phoned and left messages and emailed again, but no response from them whatsoever. They have my money and I cannot use the domain...
Then as I registered my business through them I also asked for certain documents to be mailed, they dont respond to any correspondence. How can you trust a business like this?
I would suggest DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
