They sold me a vehicle while they never had the papers, as a result it took more than two weeks to get the car
Paper story figured out.
After two weeks of waiting, I got the following email;
I have given my manager your details and he will be calling you soon.
Your company does not exist on the database hence we could not register the vehicle. You will need to take your company registration docs along with your ID to the East London Licencing office in order to get a business registration certificate. Once you receive this you will need to send me a copy and we will get the vehicle registered.
(In the event that you do the company business registration in Gauteng, you will need to register the vehicle here.)
I will then send you a copy of the natis which will be registered on your company name, you will need to take that to the licencing office and inform them that you need the double disc. Thereafter you must send us copies of the receipts and we will get the amount re-imbursed to your account.
Going forward, it will be a straight forward process for your company when you purchase more vehicles.
