I'm a student and my mother had booked a Storage Cube for my friend and I to store our belongings in over the holiday when we had to evacuate our res room. Unfortunately my mother and I had miscommunicated and she booked the cube for the 6th of Dec, instead of the 2nd of Dec. I phoned Melissa on the 26th of Nov and asked her if there was any possible way for them to help me in my predicament. She told me she would try everything she could to help us since they were fully booked until the 6th. On the 27th she got back to me and told me that they could help us on the 3rd of Dec. The friendly service and quick response to my problem saved us lots of money and time.
