I found this company on the Internet. They have packages to register your business on your behalf. I contacted them and paid them R500.00 same day as confirming that I wished to utilise their services. (Company registered within 4 weeks) I submitted all documentation required by them on the 26th November 2012. I received no Feedback thereafter. On the 9th January 2013 I contacted them again to follow up on the status of my business registration. I was told that there is a backlog due to the festive season and due to CIPC closing over the December period. I heard nothing again for a few weeks, i followed up with them on the 29th January 2013 AGAIN. this time around I was told that the registration takes 4 weeks excluding the festive season which was from the 13th December to 15th January (this was not disclosed to me until the now). I have asked for a refund but no response is given to me in this regard. I find their offers to be misleading as they are quick to take my money and yet 2 and a half months down the line I am still waiting for my company registration documents. I have to date not had any feedback. I would strongly recommend that you do not use this company.
