I have faxed, email and posted my original registration documents to the Compensation Fund since May this year. I have called the call centre, every other day since the beginning of August, been on hold for 10 minutes and longer at a time and still no one picked up that phone. No one response to emails, no response to faxes sent, gone to the post office with anticipation of a registration post card, still nothing. If i didn't have the need to deal with these people I would not, but as it stands I need this registration doc as the nature of my business is changing and am quoting for government jobs. To date I have had to miss out on 3 tenders whereby I genuinely felt i stood a chance of getting the work, but, no CC doc. So what now? what else can I do, they are costing me as a small business, alot of money.
