On the 25 March 2013 I sent through an application through to Top design to register my business. I paid my registration fee of R450.00 on the 09 April 2013. To date my business has still not been registered. I sent numerous follow ups and receive no responses from them. My last mail I sent to them was to refund my money and still no response received. This company promises on their website that the registration will be done within 6 weeks. Clearly my 6 weeks and theirs are two different things.
