Dear DIRECTOR, I have had a year's harassment from another firm of legal conmen MDM Attorneys, their director Harradine advised that they have not got any details of the alleged amount I owed and I was therefore asked to contact Richard Motsaku at SABC - I wrote to him last October and of course he never replied which is not surprising. And now they obviously they have passed my account to you to try to get monies out of me by demanding monies with menaces. BUT AGAIN YOU WILL FAIL. I DO NOT OWE ANY MONEY TO SABC FOR LICENCE FEES AS I HAVE PAID MY LICENCE FEE EVERY YEAR SINCE WE MOVED HERE FROM THE UK IN 2010 AND I HAVE WRITTEN PROOF DEOM SABC - EVERY YEAR WHEN I HAVE RENEWED THE RECEIPT CONFIRMS THAT NIL AMOUNT IS OUTSTANDING.
This time you appear to state that I owe R 200 - no details how that amount is made up and you probably don't know and have not been informed by SABC. Their records are in such a disgraceful mess they don't know their from their elbow. When MDM were dealing with the matter they firstly said I owed R 450 and then later brought it down to R 175 which again they could not explain.
Can I suggest you don't waste any more of your time on this account.
