How can we help???!!! Help yourself!

I fell behind with one payment on my personal loan and made arrangements for this to be debited off my account over a period of 3 months, but when my salary was paid in end of Nov (i got my bonus then), the whole amount was deducted from my account. Obviously i did not have any extra money for presents Christmas and also no extra money to do anything in the festive season.i went to a branch, the consultants there knows less than what i do - i had to give the consultant numbers of the different call centres.

eventually i spoke to a woman and i explained to her that the whole amount has been deducted from my bank account and i have made arrangements.i was then put on hold and another lady assisted.this lady explained to me that if i leave it like that (which i did), my next payment will only be in feb as i will get the payment break in Jan.i asked her more than once to confirm that and was even promised an email (which i never got) to confirm this.

Jan came and an installment went off my account again. Phoned the call centre and queried this, i was told that it was a misunderstanding and i have to pay even after listening to the conversation where i was told next payment will be end Fe
