You are in heavy traffic in an accident and thngs start going wrong. The first people who appears, is the towing companies. No name appears on the vehicle anymore and this is probably for the bad service you will experience. Once the towing company offers you help to tow away your car, the bill is running. No costs is explained to the customer until you want to release your car, you find out that the minimum cost after about two days, is R5900 plus. No insurance, all the costs is a big shock to any individual. Odendal Towing Services feels nothing for the owner of the car, it is all about money money money... no mercy. Try and negotiate and you will experience rudeness, attitudes and a behaviour that will forever put you off to ever again use a towing service. Their costs is ridiculous and daylight... so much for getting help on the road.
