M&F Approved Towing Company Lost My Keys

I had an accident and called M&F for authorisation. They authorised Rand Towing Group to tow my car. 2 days later the towing company called me indicating that they had lost my keys and they requested for spare ones. I notified the broker about this and both the broker and the towing company agreed that the towing company was going to replace my keys. 2 weeks later, the owner tells me that they are not responsible. I contacted M&F and they are telling me that they cannot assist me at all, i should deal with the towing company.
