Hello Peter
I need assistance with sourcing a refund of R591.76 subscription fee at City Press Newspaper. From the first day of enquiry on 12 March 2013 I was communicating with Yusraa, a customer agent in that office. I paid a 12 month subscription fee of the above amount on 26/05/2013, and sent proof of payment same day.
(THE MAIN REASON FOR THE CANCELLATION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION AS IT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME BY Yusraa IS DAT, THERE IS NO DELIVERY TAKING PLACE FOR "RESIDENTIAL SUBSCRIBERS IN THIS AREA" SINCE THERE IS NO DEMAND FOR RESIDENTIAL ORDERS/DELIVERY)
I have been calling at least every second working day since 30/10/2013 but to no avail. In the process I have been assisted by very rude people, making what I will call empty promises because since nine months ago I requested a refund nobody has come back to me with any feedback whatsoever. The service I have received is very poor and most of all I am disturbed by the fact that such a reputable media house is actually housing dishonest unprofessional and uncommitted agents. Thank You
