The red box outside left open & my post was

I posted my documents this morning. a few minutes later I got a call from someone who does not know me, telling me that they found my personal documents on the chair on the streets with everyone going through them. I went back to the post office to get two prepaid envelopes to post, when I went to the red box to check if it was locked, i found it opened. i told the lady (staff) who saw me open that that the box is not locked and she just looked at me and said "sooo". A white lady peeped through the glass and said no one will notice if it is opened. I told her people have my documents that I posted in the morning on the streets meaning they are aware. I mean who wouldnt be aware. She told me there is nothing they can do because the people who collect the post took the keys with and she went back to her back office.
