In September I relocated to Cape Town from Pretoria. Victor from Biddulphs PTA prepared my quote for moving my entire furniture, & car to CT and storage for 3 mnths. On 11Nov I wrote Victor requesting that my furniture be delivered to me on 18Nov at my new address in CT. He never responded to my email. Upon calling Biddulphs PTA to inquire what is going on, I was told that my furniture is with Biddulphs CT and it is no longer their problem. On Thursday 14Nov I called Biddulphs CT and spoke to Jaco who told me my name does not appear in their system so he does not know where my furniture is. He said he will investigate and call me back. He never did. On 16Nov I called Biddulps CT again and spoke to Remy who told me my name is not in the system. He will do an investigation and call me back on Monday when the guys are in the office. He did not call back. I called him again today 18 Nov and he tells me he has not received a response from PTA and will call me back. Needless to say, he did not call back. So I called him again and he says he still does not know where is my furniture because people in PTA are not responding!!! THIS IS A NIGHTMARE!! I was supposed to move in today!
