I have been calling Avusa-Sunday Times for a newspaper delivery which never happened since i changed address. The call center is of no use because every week that i call they tell me the same story that they will escalate the matter to the area manager> Its been a month without news paper delivery and they are deducting the subscription fee, they claim that they do credit you if you have not received the newspaper but that is just a lie.
If you want some peace of mind just buy your newspaper at your local supermarket or vendor, because you will be ripped off by these money making schemers with subscriptions, They even have a nerve to tell me that I cannot cancel the subscription. This is unacceptable and low for such a reputable newspaper.
