NONE DELIVERY OF CITY PRESS FOR 7 MONTHS

During July 2013 I subscribed to City Press and was assured that they will deliver the Sunday paper on my doorstep every Sunday; but the opposite happened. what this company have succeeded in doing for the past 7 months, is to my subscription fees without rendering any services to me. My telephone expenses have sky rocketed due to the calls I made to them nearly every Sunday complaining about the non delivery of their papers; but every time I called they assured me that they will investigate and come back to me. At one stage they claimed that they have been delivering the paper to the wrong address and that they will credit me and start delivering as agreed, but nothing has happened till to date. How can this company which pride itself as exposing corruption be so cruel? Surely they should first look inside their own cupboards and clean them. They have dismally failed to deliver a single paper to my doorstep for a period of 7 months, but have successfully my subscription fees. What I am interested in now is the refund of all my subscription fees paid to date and nothing else.
