Richard was extremely rude from the start when getting a quotation, he acted as if he was doing me a favour. Then proceeded to tell me it would take 3 weeks for the special safety glass I ordered. I made FULL payment in good faith, thinking I only needed the glass in 3 or 4 weeks time. I then got a phone call not even a week later saying it was ready? But hold on I thought it took so long to get it made now all of a sudden you done? That's ok then I suppose. Not being ready to collect I forget about the glass, I then got a phone call from the presumptuous saying you must collect now or if "I accidentally kick your glass I will not be liable! " Oh right is that a threat? So I didn't have means to collect being a normal individual with a normal size car so obviously I requested delivery. And not surprisingly his driver is in hospital, and agin when I call to try make a plan and find out his driver is in hospital and he threatens about damaged glass and I say if its damaged I will not accept. Then he shouts at me on the phone and is disgustingly rude. Like did you not have a mother who taught you manners? king I hope you rot in. Most truthfully your, Your Consumer.
