Poor Service and No Care attitude

Nov 2011 we bought a brown solid pool cover for our swimming pool from Secur-A-Pool. They guaranteed that their product is UV and Chemical resistant. In the 2 year warrant frame period the cover started to dissolve from the sun (UV) and it started to tear. We contacted the supplier about this 1st time on the 12/11/2013 and after that numerous times. They were at first not keen to help but eventually after sending someone to look at the cover they replied that something like that has never happened before and they will send it off to their supplier for feedback... We phoned them numerous times to get feedback but they keep on replying we'll call you back soon... eventually they said they'll replace it with a new cover and we need to pay half the price. We requested this urgently but they say each day they'll come and fit the new cover, we are still waiting...! Their product was a defect, then they took my cover which leaves open my swimming pool and now they take their time to replace my new cover. This is the worst service we have ever experienced with a company and WILL NEVER recommend them to anyone who has a swimming pool!
