I don't usually complain about stuff, in fact this is my first.
In brief, I aked for display cabinet glass replacement, took a week for a guy to come out and measure for the quote. After some confusion regarding deposits, took almost 2 months to get the glass, and when finished the glass was unceremoniously dropped off. Unfortunately I do not have a team of glass installers at my retail shop but I decided to give it a go as was told that was not included in the price. After struggling for about 2 hours we realized that they had in fact given us both the wrong size as well as wrong thickness glass. Angry now I called back and was told they will send out a guy to come measure again. Wash Rinse repeat, about 2 weeks later they finally drop off only 1 of the 2 pieces of glass I paid for with the same story of they are not installing. We kicked up a fuss and eventually they begrudgingly installed the glass using silicone which from what I can tell is wrong too.
I went to PG glass cause they are supposed to be the glass specialist. I have never in my life experienced such incompetence and outright disrespect from any supplier.
