I phoned PG glass's call centre to book an insurance claim for a car's rear window. The call centre was very effecient and advised me per sms on Tuesday that PG glass Randburg will contact me to make further arrangements. This is where it started... after I heard nothing from PG glass Randburg, I decided to phone them on Wednesday afternoon. I was under the impression that as a service they go out to you to do the fitting, but was advised otherwise. Ian, the person who assisted me over the phone, was not even aware that a call was booked for me! He said that he will order the glass now and phone me back to arrange for when I need to bring in the car. I am still awaiting his promised call. I phoned again this morning and was told that I must phone back because the people who will be able to assist me is not in yet! This was 08:20! I have tried to phone again, but the phone just keeps on ringing. I am under the impression that they are understaffed.
I will cancel my order and rather support another service provider where I will get better service. PG glass will not see me through their glass again!
