Poor service/follow up

I phoned Pinetown PG glass to have my shattered window at home replaced. I told Raymond I live on the estate. He sent a repair van around who told me that they would need to order 'reinforced' glass which would take 2 weeks. He said Raymond would call me that day to give me a quote. This was a week ago, I still have not heard from Raymond, or anyone from PG glass?! I phoned an aluminium company who had it repaired 3 days later, with reinforced glass!!
I was surprised that PG, a glass 'specialist' was not aware that the estate houses ALL had reinforced glass? Secondly, I was surprised that another company could source reinforced glass within 2 days, and install it within 3, when a 'specialist', PG glass, could not?! And lastly, I was surprised at the lack of customer service in never getting back to me??! Poor show PG glass!
