Ordered 8 glass tiles (300x300mm) on 27 August 2013, paid up front and was told it would take 10 - 15 working days... (for 8 small pieces of glass???) anyway... on 19 September I inquired where our order was and was told someone would call me back... never happened... called again a few days later and was told the supplier had "forgotten to deliver". Was promised the glass would be available to collect the next day... never happened. A few days later went to fetch my order and was told the supplier delivered damaged goods but glass would be available the next day. Then got a call from the supplier, saying Glassmen had asked him to call me to explain why the glass would once again not be ready for collection. Why the supplier should face the music from me I don't understand.
At no point in this whole process did anyone bother to call to give an update.
So now I am supposed to fetch my glass tomorrow on guarantee from the supplier and Glassmen... tomorrow will tell but rest assured I will never, ever support Glassmen again and will advise others to do the same. What's sad is that bad service is expected and not surprising anymore.
