I have been making my payments at the Doves Branch in Kempton Park and I have been assisted by Whoopy a couple of times. Whoopy has been making mistakes with my policy number on the slips. She was writing 8001350749 instead of 8001350747. I phoned in at the Union Branch in Sandton and the lady there has since promised to return the call but she hasn't. I wrote an email to Union Life about the letter I received from them saying I am in arrears, which I am not. Due to Whoopy's mistakes it seems so but I am to date with my payments as per my receipts. Today I went to the Kempton Park branch to make payment for November. The lady that was there was disgustingly rude to me. She refused to assist me. She cleared stated that this was not her mistake so she will not assist. The Doves staff is incompetent and because of this my policy my lapse. I do not know what to do anymore as they have not shown interest in assisting me. I have ran out of options now. The lady at the Kempton Park branch was absolutely rude to me. This is not how you trained your staff to act towards your clientele.
