Outstanding payment

I have a received a letter from B3 saying my acc is in arreas and threatening me that should anything happens to me then i cannot claim as my account is behind, i am very unhappy as its not the first time this is happening and i haven't not even once missed a payment, i received a letter some time last year i went to the nearest branch with all my receipts and they apologised as they could see i have all the slips, now its the second time . i called the head office spoke to Tsako Mudimeti who confirmed that theres no payment for january 2013 however i do have the manual receipt from Benny Choma . i then called the kempton park branch spoke to Benny he said he said he will check on his books and get back to me, 30minutes after i spoke to him i received an email from him saying YOUR JANUARY MANUAL RECEIPT IS NOW UPDATED, no apology nor anything . i want to cancel my policy as i dont appreciate the service or letters im receiving knowing very well that i never missed the payment . and i want the money that ive been paying i will join another funeral palour maybe i will get a better service.
