She wrote an incorrect policy number on the slip, now I am being accused of note paying my account since August 2013. I have all the slips till to date. I sent an email to Doves to correct the matter and I haven't received a response yet. I also phoned in Sandton and the lady I spoke to said she'll call me back and she hasn't yet.
