Today I went to Pie City at Kempton Park station to go and buy myself a pie, while I was there I found two ladies whom didn't have any name badges on. The lady refused to sell me a pie because I had a R200 note. I explained to the lady that was the only cash that came out of the atm and I even opened my purse to show that to her but she became more rude and told me she wasn't going sell me the pie with that money because she did not have change and made no effort to find change and I went to the other cashier who also refused to help me. I asked the ladies, what am I to do because that was the only cash I had? and I needed something to eat but they both walked away. I have never experienced such treatment from Pie City before, there is a King Pie opposite Pie City and I chose Pie City due to their tasty pies but I must say customer service is very horrible in this branch and I will never go there again that is including my friends, colleagues and family. I don't understand how can they not have change on a Saturday around 1 pm? and the fact that they walked away instead of assisting me that is horrible.
