BAD SERVICE OF THEIR CLAIMS DEP

DI COMPLIANT ABOUT MY POLICY THAT I TOOK OUT FOR MY MOTHER ABOUT 17 YEARS AGO . I DID PAY IT REGULAR, BUT IN MARCH 2012 MY SWITCH ACCOUNT AT THE SAME BANK, NEVER NOTICE THAT THIS R20-00 POLICY NEVER DID GO OFF ON MY ACCOUNT . ON 19-12-2012 MY MOTHER DIED IN HOSPITAL AND I DID GIVE THE POLICY BOOK TO DOVES (UNION LIFE AGENT OR PARTNERS). THEY INFORMED ME THAT THIS BURIAL COVER LAPSE IN MARCH 2012. I DID ENQUIRE .AT DOVES BUT WAS REFER TO UNION LIFE .. THERE AT UNION LIFE I WAS DISAPPOINTED HOW THE LADY IS HANDLING OUR PROBLEM, AFTER ALL I DID PAY THE POLICY FOR ABOUT 17 YEARS, AND BECAUSE OF A BANK PROBLEM SEVEN MONTH EARLIER THAT WE DIDN'T KNOW OF . WE WAS SHOCKED AS WHAT DID HAPPEN . I WAS AT MY BANK, THEY INFORMED ME THAT I MUST ASK FOR A LETTER THAT THEY NOTIFY ME THAT THE POLICY HAD LAPSE . WHAT I .ACCORDING TO THE LADY AT UNION LIFE THEY SEND A LETTER TO A PO BOX THAT DOESN'T EXIST ALSO THERE IS NO POST-OFFICE ANYMORE FOR MORE THAN ABOUT 13 YEARS HOW COME WOULD WE LAPSE A 20RAND POLICY AFTER 17 YEARS .IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE .IT SEEMS NOW THAT MY EMAIL ADDRESS BEEN BLOCKED TO THEM
