Bad service, top management should be ashamed

I receive a notice of delivery from the post office (which as printed on the 10/01/2013)... Then I went to the post office in Arcadia on the 17th jan, I was told that the parcel isn't at the post office. I then received an SMS that my parcel is ready to be collected at the post office on the 20 jan, so I went yet again on the 21st. Only to be told the same story... The Parcel wasn't there... I then went again on the on the 23rd... well let's just say am still try to trace where on earth is my parcel... by the way this is my study material from unisa... On one from the post seem to give a care they just say, well it's not here there is nothing we can do... this is a disgrace to such a huge company. There is no respect for human dignity non whatsoever... No customer care... No help from you customer care number cause they can't do anything. I spoke to a lady by he name of Mbali Makhaya who also couldn't do anything. She just gave me her supervisor's number n name and told me, that she has gone home already @ 16:30. She will only get back to me by end of business day tomorrow. Again Top management should be ashame that they are leading such a company. POOR POOR
