I joined weighless in early November. I was there 2 weeks and was not happy. So I spoke to Penny and told her I want to cancel. She said fine but come to weigh-in anyway because I had already paid for the month. Then in December another debit came off my account. Then in January another debit. I called Penny and she said I should call the customer care line and go to my bank to sort it out. I called the customer care line but no-one responded to me... 2 weeks later. And Penny doesnt sound too keen to help me anyway. I mean why should I go to the bank when it is weighless who keeps taking my money? I want to be refunded for the 2 months that I was not part of Weigh less and I would like confirmation in writing that my membership has indeed been cancelled. I look forward to their response.
