Bad very Bad

I'm very unhappy with the service I recieved at the Leondale post office. I was IN the branch at 16:29 where I wasn't greeted and told "we are closed"... I work in a bank, where service is most important. This wasn't right, the guy could have helped me it wouldn't have even taken him 5min... I also work till 16:30. So I have to take another day to do this again... I'll go again tomorrow and I want an apologyPlease take it up with the branch! Tanya
