It only ends up with eeeeehhh we call you back

This is how it happened. We bought a TV at a store in Kimberley couple of years back. So as I had my ID with me I told my Fiance (married now) that okay let's take one out on my name then. After couple of months there became a mix-up with the post so we call head SABC and ask if we could only chance the name so that my fiance could get the post. They said no bother just send us a letter and we change the name. So said so did, and hand in the letter at Jacobsdal post office. All been fine until 3 years ago. This "trained staff" didn't change the name, they fkn open a new account. Then the continually sms's start that my account is at a broadcasting "something", when I phone they just "eeeeehhh I put you truuu" and then they like "Mr Viljoen we call you back" if I could get 5c for every referance number they gave me I'm one billionaire. Here is the message I get like 2x a month "REF: 920 502 556 050 327 amnt due R1490.00 or call 0117245657". As I said the problem with you guy's, SABC should automatically scratch there mistake and train there staff better cause they are useless.
