I'm still getting sms notifications for a TV licence even though I haven't had a TV for more than 7 years and I've notified the SABC in writing years ago. Are you that desperate for money? Criminals who murder and don't get harassed like I do. Seriously, grow some brains please so we can move on. Also, my father died 20 years ago and up until a few years ago still got threatening post from the SABC. Pathetic.
