SA Post Office
Non reciept of international parcel

My parcel posted from Singapore, arrived in South Africa within a week on 18/9/2013, after nine days it is listed by tracking as in transit, to where I don't know.
A month later and still nothing!
After many unanswered calls and emails, I am told to lodge a query with my local post office (Jukskei Park) and this can take three weeks!
It would be nice if they answered their phone too!
