Trying to track parcel

I have been trying to trace a parcel sent from Israel (Tracking number RR226155084IL) by Israel Post to South Africa by airmail on 05/08/2013. The local tracking number shows (Tracking number RI272507971ZA) it was last in transit to WITSPOS Hub on 07/09/2013.I phoned WITSPOS who told me it was redirected to International Mail at Jones Road in Jet Park. I phoned them and no-one could assist me.

Today is the 23rd of Sept and I have still not received parcel. I am willing to collect it as soon as someone can tell me where it is?

Need some assistance please
