We bought the NEW Smurf-berry cereal supposedly containing marshmallows in... Guess what!! there was none in there... the entire packet only has cereal and no marshmallows in. I even took out the packet from the box to see if there was any in the bottom of the packet, but still nothing! What do you say to your child that was all excited about this NEW cereal and then being disappointed?!?!
I send an email to their customer email address on the box about 3 or 4 weeks ago with no response and also to their email on their site...
This is really bad customer service! Not responding at all!!
