Last week Thursday I was standing in the cereal isle taking a picture of 2 different kinds of cereal, as partner wanted to see the difference before making a decision as to what he wanted. One of your managers walked past and shouted that I'm not allowed to take pictures, in front of other customers. Could this not be dealt with in a more respectful manner? Approaching me and discussing it, instead of being plain rude and addressing me in such a common manner. Aren't your staff trained? I posted about this on your Facebook site and nobody has bothered to get back to me. Your customer service is shocking.
