After I opened a box of Bokomo Light and crispy cereal I saw that the cereal was covered in webs (due to mites in the cereal). The expiry date is 04/12/2013. I called Bokomo the same day (29 April) and told them about the incident. I got a complaint nr (400013166) after I gave them all the details. It's been more than 4 weeks since I made the complaint and I haven't received any correspondence concerning the incident. Even after mailing them twice (after 3 weeks since the incident) I got no feed back. I consider this as really bad customer service. The least they could have done was to follow up on the complaint and just told me "thank you" or "sorry". Now I'm not just unsatisfied and disappointed about the product I bought but also the no service I received. It's true what they say: "A customer that complains is a company's best friend". (Remember that BOKOMO!!)
