I was walking up and down aisle 13 where the health products was and could not find The Weigh-less cereal when I asked your shop assistant Thando the one with the dreadlocks if he could tell me where to find the Cereal he was not too sure and asked another assistant she said he must go check in aisle 3 which I already did and there was nothing. He then walked with me to aisle 3 and I told him I was there already and could not find it I even told him it's a green bag. He just looked at me and said sorry sir we don't have stock. I then went to the front asked the lady at the counter if she could direct me to the Cereal. She then paged someone and to my surprise a friendly lady by the name of Nicky/Nicolene came greeted and then I explained to her I did check the shelves already. She then politely asked me to wait as she would go to the store and check for stock. I really did not wait long and she came with 5 bags I was totally impressed. Thando needs to go for customer care as he had none. Thank you Nicky for going the extra mile you are a asset to PnP service like this makes me want to come back all the time.
