Original issue and complaint:
I purchased a box of weet bix and the cereal is in the box without any plastic.
The weet bix is stale because of this and I'm not sure if its safe to eat??
No one has contacted me as yet, i find this very unprofessional as i originally reported this issue on the 9 Apr and heard nothing from Bokomo until i followed up on the 12th, when Nazier replied asking for my contact details which i provided i have since heard nothing yesterday i followed up again, is this how you deal with customer complaints???
