I am awaiting a parcel from overseas and on Saturday 2013/10/12 I've received an sms from Olga Machaka to contact her regarding a parcel in customs. Which clearly indicated "do not reply to this sms".
Where must I reply to, because the JHB International Mail Centre apparently does not know how to pick up a telephone that is ringing!!!
PLEASE PLEASE what telephone number has a competent, intelligent person on the other side that can sort this problem out!!
