The south african post office is probable to most usless organisation in South Africa.

2 weeks ago my parcel arrived in the country, some at customs applied the wrong tariff code, it took 4 days from the international mail centre to pretoria.

I asked my postoffice to send it back to customs for re-inspection, instead you send it to johannesburg, who send it back to pretoria. and still i have the wrong tariff code.

WHY CAN YOU NOT EMPLOY COMPETENT PEOPLE!!! OH YES I FORGOT. YOU ARE A GOVERMENT ORGANISATION. YOU DONT EMPLOY COMPETENT PEOPLE.

I CALLED YOUR INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENTRE WHO DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONES, IT KEPT ON RINGING TO 10 MIN. FFS!!! how the are you still in business.

GIVE ME A NUMBER OF A COMPETENT PERSON THAT I CAN SPEAK TO AND GET THIS SORTED OUT!
