I have shipped a parcel from China the parcel arrived at the jhb international mail hub in the begging of September when I tracked the parcel, and it's been sitting there for 2 months now no one has contacted me regarding the parcel or why it's just sitting there. I tried to call the jhb international mail hub now for 3weeks with no one answering or the phone just being thrown down when they do pick up I'm beginning to think that calling 011 961 6000 is just pointless as a customer care number since you can't get through I mean I've been trying for 3weeks now every morning this is absolutely bad service and unacceptable I would just like to know why my parcel is just sitting there.
