Smartcalltech taking my money

Hi i would like to request a refund of the monies took by smartcall technology solutions as i did not subscribe to any content as you guys claim.

I spoke to a lady who told me she was the supervisor, when i told her i did not subscribed to any content she said "whatever" i dont think it is acceptable in any kind of bussines.
