My parcel arrived the 20th Nov at Jhb International mail centre, 21st Nov it went to Customs where it has been lying since then to date. 22 days later. Monday 9th December I discover they require an invoice after numerous calls and emails sent to which you wait more than 48 hours for a reply. And nobody can help me except to say the documentation has been sent to customs. This is truly unacceptable and so unprofessional. How do I retrieve my parcel the soonest. I don't live in Johannesburg so this is a real problem for me. It is almost as if we have no control or support system to fall back on.
Please what can I do? And no more phone numbers cause they don't get answered!!
