I can't understand why my parcel is stuck at this JIMC C Air with the status Sent to customs for over a week now. I can called the post office who keep telling me they don't know when the parcel will leave customs. No one is willing to let me talk to the JIMC C Air people to find out what the reason for the parcel delay is.

I have called several time to the customer service number and all of them are repeating the same thing to me as if they are robots. No one is willing to do more to find my parcel for me.

I am really very disappointed.

I bought an item from overseas. It arrived in South Africa, JIMC on the 14th of October 2017. It has been a month now and the item is stuck at the same place. I've send e-mails yet I receive no reply. Can someone please assist me, when will it be send to Namibia

I bought an item in UK last month on the 15th March and now it’s stucked at customs and I really need it my life it’s stucked and I tried to contact the JIMC for more information but I can’t get hold of them please intervene the tracking number is RZ381815196GB
